Faq’s

I arrived past 5 minutes late and the door was locked. Why?

For the safety, security, and experience of students, yoga studio doors will be locked during class. Out of pure respect of your time (and mine) class will start on time and end on time. Feel free to chat a few minutes before and after the start of class.

Is there a minimum age requirement for your classes?

Preferably, no minors under 12, unless you genuinely feel your child is able to participate appropriately. Parent/guarding waivers must be signed please.

I’m not flexible at all. Can I still join in?

OF COURSE! Think of it this way… did you go to school already knowing the material? Or did you attend so that someone could teach it to you? We come to yoga to become more flexible (in the body and the mind). Not a single person is expecting you to come with any experience or level of flexability.

What should I wear?

Form fitting, activewear is best, but ideally think about anything that wouldn't fall in your face or throw you off if you were to be completely upside down.

What props should I bring?

Travel light because all props are provided. This includes mats, bolsters, blankets and recovery rounds.
